Customers cannot cancel or return items purchased from Global Furnitures under the following return and exchange policy, and determine whether they are eligible for a refund.

A global furnitures support service request must be made within seven days of receiving the package.

1. After our customer care team has requested that you provide images of the damaged or defective product, we will validate them.
2. The replacement team will handle your request for a replacement or exchange once the validity of the damaged or defective product has been established.

Ways to Begin a Return

1. Within seven days of receiving the package, call the Global Furnitures Support Team or send us an email to initiate your return request.
2. Complete a short Global Furnitures Order replacement or exchange Form.
3. Within 24 to 48 hours, our support staff will validate your Replacement or exchange request.
4. Email notifications will be sent to you at each stage.
5. Within 1-5 days of validating your request, we will arrange for your replacement or return to be picked up.

Note: –

The product can only be exchanged or replaced, no refunds are available.

There is a 10-year wood guarantee.

It is not possible to get a refund if you have deposited any amount, but you can purchase something else in that case.
