A global furnitures support service request must be made within seven days of receiving the package.

- Complete a short Global Furnitures Order replacement or exchange Form.
- Within 24 to 48 hours, our support staff will validate your Replacement or exchange request.
- Email notifications will be sent to you at each stage.
- Within 1-5 days of validating your request, we will arrange for your replacement or return to be picked up.
The product can only be exchanged or replaced, no refunds are available.
There is a 10-year wood guarantee.
It is not possible to get a refund if you have deposited any amount, but you can purchase something else in that case.
