These Terms and Conditions are electronic records regulated by the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the (“IT Act”). Neither a physical nor digital signature is required to generate this electronic record. The T&Cs for this website are published in accordance with the IT Act. This requires us to post the rules and regulations, privacy policies, and terms and conditions for using the website Globalfurnitures.in.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully since they represent a legally binding contract between you and Global Furnitures, a company incorporated under the Companies Act. By using or visiting our site, you accept these terms and conditions as binding on you.

These T&Cs and any additional terms posted on this Website constitute the agreement between Global Furnitures and you with respect to your use of this Website.

Global Furnitures Warranty

The warranty period for Global furnitures is 5 years from the date of purchase. If any manufacturing defect occurs within one year of purchase (specified below), the SofaBed will be repaired or replaced with an identical product. In case of a manufacturing defect after the first year, either a repair will be made or if a repair is not possible, a prorated credit settlement will be applied.

Manufacturing defects are excluded
  1. Regular wear and tear of the cover and stitching will not be covered under warranty.
  2. It is recommended that you use Global furniture on a firm, warranty coverage does not cover defects caused by improper mattress support. 
  3. The improper use of the product.
  4. The warranty does not cover any fabric/zip/SofaBed damage that occurs during the opening of the sofabed’s seal
  5. A defect is not considered if the product does not meet the customer’s firmness or comfort preferences.
  6. A visible and lasting indentation (body impression) less than 1 inch in height (not associated with a sag in the bed base or cot) is not covered by the warranty.
  7. The warranty does not cover damage caused by liquid spills.
  8. Material exposeing to cold or hot temperatures for a long period of time will tear or permanently deform.
warranty includes the following terms and conditions:
  1. Warranty will only cover the sofa bed if it fails because of a manufacturing defect.
  2. In order to get a warranty, the product must be used properly.
  3. If cover is defective we will only replace the cover and not the whole product.
  4. There is no warranty coverage for claims made other than for the benefit of the original purchaser.
  5. A warranty is only valid if the product has been purchased from an authorized retailer.
  6. Proof of purchase should be kept on your purchase invoice. In order to make a warranty claim, you must submit this form; otherwise, Sleepyhead Home Décor Private Limited / Sleepyhead may reject your claim.
  7. Only products that meet the Return Criteria will be accepted for returns (See Return Criteria under Return Policy).
  8. It is not possible to extend the original limited warranty period or to begin a new one by repairing or replacing the defective product.
  9. The final decision on the warranty will be made by Global Furniture. If the warranty claim does not meet the Warranty Terms and Conditions, the company reserves the right to refuse the claim.
